Owner Laura Cantu closed up her flower shop and got a phone call soon after from a friend asking her where she was. The friend informed her that her flower shop was being burglarized and to get down to the shop quickly. Once Cantu got there she was able to catch up to the burglar and confront her about what she stole. Unfortunately, the window the burglar broke to get into the flower shop cost more than all the items the burglar took which included some vases and a stuffed monkey.

Store Burglary in Mt. Pleasant, Texas

Two men are seen on a surveillance camera standing outside of a store. One of them takes a large rock and throws it at the front window of the store and then is seen pushing on the glass to try and get it to break further. Eventually the suspect picks up a trash container and uses it on the window to try and further damage it for ease of entry. The second man then tries to squeeze his way through the glass but is unable to. After some more pushing, they give up and flee the scene in a black vehicle.
